We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you’ve never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our office the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

what to expect
Our goal is to make you comfortable. Let us give you an idea about what to expect when you arrive at Rocky Mountain Wellness Center.
Your first visit usually lasts about 45 minutes. Dress comfortably and bring the following information with you:
- Your insurance information
- Any x-rays or medical records related to whatever brought you to us, if you have them
- Information about supplements you take and your daily routine and activities
Let’s start with your consultation! We want to get to know you and learn why you came to see us. Next, we’ll do a physical exam to learn more about your needs. Depending on what we find and whether or not you already have them, we might send you for x-rays. If we don’t see a need for x-rays, we will likely perform a light adjustment and maybe some therapy on your first visit.
what will your follow up visits look like?
The time you’ll spend at subsequent visits will vary depending on whether it is a simple adjustment or an adjustment combined with therapy. It could be a short as 15 minutes or as long as an hour. We’ll be able to tell you more specifically once we have agreed on a treatment plan.
how many visits will it take?
One of our most frequently asked questions from our patients is, “How many appointments will I have to have?”
Truthfully, there is no set answer. You will be treated as a unique individual. The amount of time it takes to relieve pain and return to function is different for everybody. Even if you come in for corrective care, the maintenance necessary to uphold the adjustment varies by individual.

Rocky Mountain Wellness Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
